John Klymshyn’s' professional selling career (which spans more than 21 years) includes stints as a recruiter, Corporate Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and production sales person. He has sold (and taught others to sell) Services (Commercial Real Estate, Recruiting, Telecommunications, Advertising) Products (Computer Products, Office Furniture) and intangibles (Consulting, Outplacement, Staffing). Working with companies that range in scope and sales challenges from Reynolds Aluminum to Four Seasons Hotels, from The New York Times to Grubb & Ellis, from Silver Sea Cruises to Snelling Personnel, Sales Leaders hail his “Moving Conversations Forward™” approach, as “A New Revolution in Selling!”
His powerful and practical ideas (among them, “The 20 Call Burst™”) lead to the publication of Klymshyn’s first book: “Move The Sale Forward”, which was published in April 2003.
“Move The Sale Forward” outlined a specific, repeatable approach to selling which has been adopted by many Fortune 500 Companies.
His second book: “The Ultimate Sales Managers’ Guide” will be released in Fall 2006, to be published by John Wiley & Sons. He is the author of over 120 magazine, internet, and trade paper articles on the topics of sales, business development, communication skills and management.
A “Google” search of his last name currently nets over 600 individual hits.
John has been a guest speaker at classes and extension seminars offered through The University of Southern California, New York University, Antelope Valley College, Woodbury University, and University of California at Los Angeles.
He logs over 125,000 flight miles per year, bringing his message to international audiences. He has taught, coached and consulted with firms in industries as far ranging as Commercial Real Estate, Staffing, Advertising, Resort and Conference Center Management, Travel, Publishing, Internet Services and High Technology.
Klymshyn is a New York native. He and Terri (his wife of 22 years) currently divide their time between their home in Valencia, California and Europe.
Their two children are attending college, and regularly raid John’s refrigerator.
John’s passion is writing, and he is preparing a fiction novel for publication.
His hobbies include music, reading and traveling with his family.

John Lesinski
Leadership Coach
John Lesinski is a 20 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage industry. During his 16-year tenure with Grubb & Ellis Company, he spent ten as a producer and six as a Managing Director. As Managing Director for Metropolitan Washington, DC (including offices in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Bethesda, and Baltimore) he oversaw 50 brokers and 25 support staff.
Lesinski is a consummate leader and coach to Top Producers.
• In 2005, he placed eight brokers in the Top 100 of the company, including three in the Top 20.
• In 2004, 11 of his brokers were in the Top 100 with another three in the Top 20.
• In 2003, Six of his Ten Top 100 producers were in the Top 20 of Grubb & Ellis nationwide.
• In 2000, the Metropolitan Washington DC operation was recognized as the top Tier One operation in the firm.
• As a producer, John was recognized as a Circle of Excellence Producer every year from 1996 to 2001.
John has served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve since 1985, and currently holds the rank of Colonel in the Marine Corps Recruiting Command. His success on Active Duty in the Military, as well as his extensive success in the Private Sector affords him a unique perspective and understanding of the definition of Leadership.
Lesinski’s passion for developing others recently prompted him to establish a Coaching Practice in affiliation with The Business Generator, Inc., a nationally recognized Sales and Sales Management Training firm.
John works exclusively with Owners, Principals, Managers, Senior Producers (and developing leaders) to increase their effectiveness, increase their production, and balance their lives.
John lives in Great Falls, Virginia with his wife Heidi and their three dogs. His son Daniel is a sophomore at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and his daughter Emily is a high school junior in Bucks County, PA.
