The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.

The Coaching Experience John Klymshyn provides involves “Structural Thinking™”, which is defined as:

Adopting and practicing Structured Thinking™ by working with John Klymshyn is a process, not an event. Here’s what the process looks like:

1. Intake by JK:

   1. You and Coach K establish a framework, based on your long – term and medium – term goals. Short term goals are already in process for you. We need to look down the road.

      1. These questions open windows in your mind, allow you to envision a fulfilling and dynamic future for your team, group, division, or company…. And for YOURSELF.

      2. Where do you want to be in a year?

      3. What condition do you want to create as a leader?

      4. What roles are on your radar?

      5. Who has the most influence / power/ sway over that ultimate decision?

2. Collaboration

   1. This is required for you to adopt and internalize Structured Thinking™.

The process begins with the exploration and adoption of a unique mindset, the cornerstones of which are:

   1. Do what you say you will do.

3. GROWTH

   1. John establishes and delves deeply into his “Sphere” concept. This is a running theme throughout engagements, usually into the third month.

   2. This concept is revisited as the client achieves, exceeds, and wins. BIG.

4. Elevation

   1. In order to leave the ground, a space rocket must do incredible work – exert huge effort – at the early stages. The corollary here is: “In order to elevate, we must peel off ideas, habits, beliefs.”

Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to

4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL

5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
