What I teach is not rocket science, but people have ridden amazing revenue and leadership rockets as a result of the work we do.

During our engagements and since, Brokers became leaders at Global Levels @ Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark, NAI, Collier and more.

 

 

A Chief Technology Officer @ a $3B Chemical Company said my book: "The Ultimate Sales Managers' Guide" is "A leadership book wrapped in Sales Management Clothing."

 

In "The Channel," TSD's have tripled revenue in three years. Channel Partners has invited me to speak in Vegas twice. Impacting the Enterprise Sale (via The Decision Committee) is MY JAM.

 

In the Tech world, with indeed.com; installed our leadership philosophy Globally; They sold to RECRUIT of Japan for an undisclosed sum. My work began when indeed did less than $20MM a year in sales. Now, they are the largest global job site, and their sales annually begin with a "B". The Klymshyn Method was installed in the U.S., Ireland, Germany, Italy, Canada, Belgium & France.

My development process is driven by (and focused on) the power of language.

 

The philosophy and methodology have been enthusiastically and energetically installed in companies From Barcelona to Dublin (Technology leaders such as Wallbox, Indeed, SearchSpring,) to Toronto (Commercial Real Estate Leaders like Avison Young) to Miami, Mexico City to Maui, Manhattan to Killington) via live experiences.

His depth and breadth in the Commercial Real Estate space began with Grubb & Ellis, and quickly expanded to NAI, Sperry Van Ness, Newmark, Avison Young (Toronto, Calgary) CORENET, NAIOP, ICSC (Las Vegas) as well as  owner / operators and REITs. Klymshyn grounds his work in business reality, while his gift for improvisation brings leadership to life as a form of creative play. His trademarked processes and philosophies are credited with making Brokers… very successful.

Beyond Commercial Real Estate, Klymshyn’s reach spans high – end players in several industries. In hospitality, he has been trusted by icons such as Four Seasons Hotels, Rosewood, Sheraton, KSL Resorts, Destination Hotels & Resorts and Pinehurst, the Golf Mecca. In staffing, he has shaped leadership communication in people-driven organizations. In the technology world, he was instrumental in scaling Indeed.com over a decade.


As a speaker, coach, and author of a virtual library, his new book “Open the Valve: The New Path to Creative Play”,  blends structure with improvisation, showing leaders how creativity fuels growth… and FUN.
